AICI, the structure she established two decades ago, now employs over 250 people on three continents.

CEO of the company AICI since 1979, Mrs. Ouattara has successfully opened many agencies in Yamoussoukro, Bouaké, San Pedro and Jacqueville.

In 1989, Dominique OUATTARA goes to the conquest of Europe by creating an agency AICI in Paris' 16th arrondissement. This agency, located at avenue Victor Hugo, has quickly become the showcase of the AICI Group in Europe. The same year, she received the full recognition of her peers by being elected Honorary President of the ‘Chambre Syndicale des Agents Real Estate Cote d'Ivoire’ (CSDAIM).

The year 1991 witnessed the creation of another agency in Cannes which is now one of the most powerful in the region... In 1993, Mrs. Ouattara put in place a real estate firm managing condominiums, Management Malesherbes in Paris, which manages more than 200 Parisian buildings.

In 2001 a new agency AICI was born in Gabon in Libreville, a key country of Central Africa. In February 2006, AICI International moved to Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, where the need for expansion was becoming increasingly strong.

Alongside her activities in real estate, in 1996 Dominique OUATTARA becomes the President & CEO of EJD inc., a large conglomerate that manages the Jacques Dessange Institute based in Washington. Today this is one of the most popular companies of the American capital. In 1998 after acquiring Jacques Dessange franchises in the United States, Mrs. OUATTARA then becomes the Chief Executive of the company "French Beauty Services” in Washington DC, incorporating all the Jacques Dessange franchises of the country: hairdressing, beauty, hairdressing school, distribution of Jacques Dessange care products... Concurrently with her life as an entrepreneur, Dominique OUATTARA performed countless charitable services towards the children of Africa. First, since 1980, she has been conducting constant humanitarian missions in Côte d'Ivoire to come to the rescue of the poor in the country. The movement has been growing and in 1998 she decided to formalize her actions by creating the Foundation Children of Africa. From there, Dominique will develop a true multi-national organization, bringing together dozens of volunteers, who are also themselves, willing to relieve the poorest children on the African continent.

Concurrently with her life as an entrepreneur, Dominique OUATTARA performed countless charitable services towards the children of Africa. First, since 1980, she has been conducting constant humanitarian missions in Côte d'Ivoire to come to the rescue of the poor in the country. The movement has been growing and in 1998 she decided to formalize her actions by creating the Foundation Children of Africa.
From there, Dominique will develop a true multi-national organization, bringing together dozens of volunteers, who are also themselves, willing to relieve the poorest children on the African continent.

To serve this noble cause, Mrs. Ouattara will ask her friend, Princess Ira von Fürstenberg, to be the godmother of this institution and to help mobilize the goodwill of all during all the fundraising events organized by the Children of Africa Foundation.
Through her foundation, Dominique continues to seek the welfare of children on the continent by providing support, an attentive and compassionate ear, as well as affection.
‘Children for Africa’ mobilizes every year many donors committed to the noble cause of helping children in need.

In 1989, Dominique OUATTARA was elected Honorary President of the ‘Chambre Syndicale des Realtors Cote d'Ivoire’ (CSDAIM).
On April 11th 2000 in Venice, at the annual gala organized by the U.S. consulting Star Group in order to reward all "The Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World" Dominique OUATTARA was elected by a panel of bankers, business moguls and Journalists as the ‘ Best Businesswoman of the Year 2000 ".

Saturday May 24 2008 at the Hotel du Golf in Cote D’ivoire, the 2007-2008 African prize of the President of the best charitable structure of West Africa was awarded to Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, President of the Foundation Children of Africa, for her educational activities, training and assistance to disadvantaged children and women.
