The atmosphere was festive on Thursday December 20 2007, in the gardens of the Hotel du Golf in the Riviera. The Children of Africa Foundation prepared a meal, followed by the submission of gifts to 400 disadvantaged children for the most part, coming from the 10 municipalities of Abidjan.  The ceremony was chaired by Ms. Dominique Ouattara, surrounded for the occasion by members of the management committee of the foundation in Ivory Coast.  
Several reknown artists performed during this festival. ‘Tonton Bouba’, a famous host of children's programs in Côte d'Ivoire, gave a humorous touch to this beautiful ceremony. In addition to gifts, children also received T-shirts and snacks.  They were also able to enjoy magic tricks from the famous magician, Frédéric Da Silva. To close the day, children participated in dancing and singing Competitions.
