A campaign for free consultation has been offered by the Foundation to the 10 municipalities of Abidjan. Mrs. Ouattara, President of the Foundation, insisted to be on the field to grasp some of the realities that may be facing this caravan.  
On Saturday February 2, heading a large delegation composed of members of the management committee, Mrs. Ouattara stopped in the precarious district of Williamsville-Dubai...  There she was able to participate in some of the free consultations as well as the remittal of free drugs and eyeglasses to the population. For this caravan, 1000 children aged 6 to 12 years were selected.  Their glasses, medicines and some surgical operations have been fully supported by the Foundation
